Terms of sale
These terms apply to every order placed on zaikor.eu. Please read them before you order.

1. The seller
The online shop zaikor.eu is operated by Zaikor, 19 Rue Joseph Bens, 1180 Uccle, Brussels, Belgium. Tel. +32 2 345 49 36. Email info@zaikor.eu.
2. Scope
These terms apply to all sales made through zaikor.eu to consumers and business customers. By placing an order you accept these terms, our return policy and our privacy policy.
3. Products and prices
We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Small differences in colour may occur because of screen settings. Prices are in euros and include 21% Belgian VAT. Shipping costs are shown before you confirm your order. We may change prices at any time, but the price shown when you order is the price you pay.
4. Ordering
The contract is formed when you receive our order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order in case of an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud or if a product is no longer available, in which case we refund any amount already paid in full.
5. Payment
You can pay by credit or debit card, Bancontact, iDEAL, Apple Pay or other methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. Your order ships once payment is confirmed.
6. Delivery
We deliver within the European Union. Delivery times are listed on our shipping page and are estimates. If we cannot deliver within 30 days, you may cancel the order and receive a full refund.
7. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a right of withdrawal of 30 days from delivery, longer than the 14 days required by law. The conditions, process and costs are set out in our return policy.
8. Legal guarantee
Consumers benefit from the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity under Belgian law. Normal wear and tear from training and use contrary to the product instructions are not covered.
9. Safe use
Combat sports carry a risk of injury. Use hand wraps under boxing gloves, choose a glove weight suitable for your activity, and follow the rules of your gym or club. Our equipment reduces risk but cannot rule out injury.
10. Liability
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product concerned, except in the case of fraud, intentional fault, gross negligence, or personal injury caused by a defective product, and except where the law does not allow such a limitation.
11. Complaints and applicable law
Contact us first at info@zaikor.eu with any complaint; we'll do our best to resolve it quickly. Consumers can also contact the Belgian Consumer Mediation Service (mediationconsommateur.be). These terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.
