We ship from Brussels to every EU country. Here are our delivery times and costs.

Costs and delivery times

Delivery times start when your order is dispatched. All prices include Belgian VAT, so there are no customs duties within the EU.
Dispatch
Orders paid before 14:00 on a working day usually leave our Brussels base the same or next working day. You'll get an email with a tracking link as soon as your parcel ships.
Outside the EU
We currently deliver within the European Union only. For orders to the UK, Switzerland or elsewhere, contact us and we'll quote shipping if possible.
Missing or damaged parcels
If your parcel hasn't arrived within the delivery time, or arrives damaged, email info@zaikor.eu with your order number and photos. We'll trace it with the carrier and send a replacement or a refund. The risk of loss or damage stays with us until the parcel is delivered to you.
